"We’ve had a pretty disappointing experience with the Jared Dean State Farm office.

Communication has consistently been the biggest issue. Most recently, Yale has still not responded to our email four days later. This is after other instances where we’ve had to follow up multiple times just to get routine questions or documentation handled.

At this point, the problem isn’t one missed email. It’s a pattern of slow or nonexistent follow-up that has made us lose confidence in the office.

We’re now looking at moving our policies to another State Farm agent. Hopefully other customers have had a better experience, but based on ours, we wouldn’t recommend this office."

"I’m getting spammed by calls & texts by these guys on the regular with claims we’ve worked together in the past, which is absolutely untrue.
The desperation needed to buy phone numbers off the dark web or whatever to try to harass people into using your business implies that this agency doesn’t really know how to survive on its business practices alone and the lack of respect for prospective customers and dishonesty in communitcation this shows looks like as good a reason as possible to get insurance literally anywhere else.
I’ve been happy with Progressive for years, and they’ve never once harassed me. I’m not sure if it’s just this agency or State Farm overall, but it’s a bad look for the whole company."
